1. Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned AGA for the State.
2. In terms of the FIR it was alleged that husband of the informant was drunk and had killed his own daughter by throwing her on the floor. The daughter is said to be aged about three months.
3. It is argued by learned counsel for the applicant that although a charge has been framed, the trial has not yet started.
4. Considering the fact that the informant is also the eyewitness, it is directed that testimony of the informant namely Mamta shall be recorded by the trial Court within a period of six weeks from today without giving any unnecessary adjournment to any of the parties.
5. Commissioner of Police, Lucknow is directed to ensure that the informant is produced before the trial Court for recording of the testimony.
