The instant writ petition has been filed with following main relief:-
"i. issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari to quash the impugned order dated 04.12.2023 passed by learned Commissioner, Mandal Faizabad, District Faizabad in Case No.2002/2023, Computerized Case No. C202304000002002. "Navab Khan Vs. Government of U.P., under Section 5-A (8) of Uttar Pradesh Prevention of Cow Slaughter Act, 1955 as well as order dated 11.112021 passed by learned District Magistrate, Barabanki in Case No.734/2021 "State Vs. Nabab", Computerized No. D202104120000734, under Section 5-A of Uttar Pradesh Prevention of Cow Slaughter Act, 1955, related to Crime No.64/2021, under Section 3/5/8 of Uttar Pradesh Prevention of Cow Slaughter Act, 1955 and 11 of Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act, pertaining to Police Station Kotwali Nagar, District Barabanki as contained as Annexure no.1 and 2 to this writ petition."
