State of Odisha, (2024) 4 SCC 451, as well as communication/order dated 31.01.2024 passed by The Acting Chief Justice, Allahabad High Court, let the matter be placed before the same Bench (Hon'ble Justice Mohd. Faiz Alam Khan) in the next week.
