It has been pointed out by the learned counsel for the applicant that in the case of Sachin Sharma, whereby anticipatory bail application has been granted vide order dated 25.11.2024 passed by this Court in Criminal Misc. Anticipatory Bail Application U/S 438 CrPC No. 2613 of 2024. The fact has been left to be pointed out by the State Counsel that the amount was also reflected in the account of Sachin Sharma.
This matter will be looked into alongwith the anticipatory bail application of Sachin Sharma, on the next date.
