- The instant anticipatory bail application has been moved by the applicant for enlarging him on bail in Case Crime No.0136 of 2020, under Sections 147, 148, 149, 336, 307, 188, 269, 270, 271, 427, 504 and Section 3 of Epidemic Act and Section 7 of CLR Act, P.S. Kithaur, District Meerut.
- It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicants that applicant is innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case due to ulterior motive. The investigation is under progress and applicant is co-operating in the investigation. It is submitted that the applicant is apprehensive of imminent arrest. In case, the applicant is released on bail, he would not misuse the liberty of bail and would cooperate with the investigation.
