At the very outset, learned counsel for the applicant, submits that the present Anticipatory Bail Application has become infructuous on the ground that the applicant was arrested and has been granted regular bail by coordinate Bench of this Court in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No. 40174 of 2024, vide order dated 06.11.2024.
Accordingly, the present Anticipatory Bail application is dismissed as infructuous .
