The present bail application has been filed with a prayer to grant anticipatory bail to the applicant, in Case Crime No.205 of 2024, under Sections-147, 149, 304, 323, 504, 506 I.P.C., Police StationKotwali, District-Ghazipur.
After arguing the matter at some length, Sri Birendra Singh, counsel for the applicant prays for withdrawal of this application with liberty to the applicant to surrender and apply for regular bail.
In view of the above, the instant application is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
