The present bail application has been filed with a prayer to grant anticipatory bail to the applicant, in Case Crime No.152 of 2023, under Sections-498A, 304B I.P.C. and section 3/4 D.P. Act, Police Station-Ghatampur, District-Southern (Commissionerate Kanpur Nagar)/Kanpur Dehat.
After arguing the matter at some length, Sri Hari Nath Chaubey, counsel for the applicant prays for withdrawal of this application with liberty to the applicant to surrender and apply for regular bail.
In view of the above, the instant application is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
