The anticipatory bail application under Section 438 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the applicant Saurabh Kumar, seeking anticipatory bail, in the event of arrest in Case Crime No. 48 of 2024, under Sections 498-A, 304-B IPC and 3/4 D.P. Act, Police Station Nagina, District Bijnor.

Since there is no representation from the side of the applicant to press this anticipatory bail application even in the revised list, the same is dismissed for want of prosecution.
