Applicants have approached this Court through this application under Section 483 Code of Criminal Procedure for issuance of directions to the Additional District and Sessions Judge, court no.2, Ghaziabad, to expedite and conclude the proceedings of Session Trial No.248 of 2021, titled State Vs. Yusuf and others, arising out of case crime no.30 of 2021, under Sections 302, 201, 394, 411, 34 IPC, Police Station Loni, District Ghaziabad, in a stipulated period.
Concededly, the charge against the accused was framed on 10th December, 2021 and the prosecution evidence is being adduced. Since the case is not an old case, therefore, no exceptional ground is made out for issuing the directions for expeditious disposal of the trial.
The application fails and is hereby dismissed.
