Applicant-Complainant has approached this Court through this application under Section 483 Code of Criminal Procedure for issuance of directions to the trial court to expedite and conclude the proceedings of Complaint Case No. 4221 of 2013; titled Smt. Seema Devi vs. Arvind Maurya and others, under Sections 498A, 323, 504, 506 IPC and Section 3/4 Dowry Prohibition Act, Police Station Industrial Area, District Allahabad, in a stipulated period.
At the outset, learned counsel for the applicantcomplainant states that he does not press this application and prays for withdrawal with the liberty to press his prayer before the trial court.
The application is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty as aforesaid.
