Applicant-Complainant has filed this application under Section 483 Code of Criminal Procedure for issuance of directions to the trial court to expeditiously conclude the trial proceedings of Complaint Case No. 11038 of 2023; titled Radheshyam vs. Yaduvansh Kumar Verma, Police Station Nvabganj, District Farrukhabad, in a stipulated period.
Concededly, in the complaint filed in the year 2023, the process against the accused has not been issued. Therefore, delay in the proceedings can only be attributed to the applicant-complainant.
Therefore, no ground is made out for issuing the directions for expeditious disposal of proceedings of the subject case.
The application fails and is hereby dismissed.
