Applicant-Complainant has filed this application under Section 483 Code of Criminal Procedure for issuance of directions to the trial court to expeditiously conclude the proceedings of Complaint Case No. 146454 of 2023; titled Jyoti Shakya vs. Avnish Pratap Shakya and others, under Section 12 of Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005, in a stipulated period.
As per the zimni orders, the subject case was filed on 25th September, 2023, wherein opposite side is yet to be served.
That apart, the trial court is issuing short dates in the case, therefore, no ground is made out for issuing any direction for expeditious disposal of the case.
The application is dismissed.
