From the record it appears that this matter was listed on 07.03.2024, 16.04.2024, 30.04.2024, 21.05.2024, 15.07.2024 and 05.08.2024. On all these occasions, the adjournment has been sought by learned counsel for the applicants on one pretext or the other and despite opportunity granted no supplementary affidavit has been filed. Therefore, there appears no urgency in the matter.
