The applicant in person is joined through video conferencing and prays that this matter be listing on 22.07.2024 so that she may appear before this Court in person. She also submits that her Advocate Sri Abhishek Tiwari is not responding her request for appearance before this Court.
The Court takes note of above submission and since counsel for applicant is not present before this Court, therefore, he is directed to remain present on next date of hearing.
At this stage, the said Sri Abhishek Tiwari, learned counsel for applicant rushed this Court and ensures that he will remain present on next date of hearing to assist the Court.
