Applicant being accused has approached this Court through this application under Section 482 Code of Criminal Procedure seeking quashing of the charge sheet dated 11.4.2024 as well as cognizance order dated 7.6.2024 passed by Additional District and Session Judge/F.T.C.-I, Allahabad and the entire proceedings of Case No. 369 of 2024, titled State Vs. Sumit Kumar, arising out of Case Crime No. 87 of 2024, under Sections 376-D, 342, 506 I.P.C., Police Station Dhoomanganj, District Prayagraj.
After arguing for some time, learned counsel for applicant does not press this application and prays for withdrawal.
