Applicant has approached this Court through this application under Section 482 Code of Criminal Procedure seeking quashing of the impugned order dated 13.9.2024 passed by Chief Judicial Magistrate, Banda in Criminal Misc. Case No. 36 of 2024, titled Manju Malhotra Vs. Veer Singh and others, arising out of Case Crime No. 915 of 2023, under Sections 354, 376, 420, 506 I.P.C., Police Station Kotwali Nagar, District Banda, whereby the applicant has been summoned on the protest petition filed by the opposite party no.2.
Concededly, the impugned order dated 13.9.2024 is revisable, therefore, this Court is not inclined to entertain this application under Section 482 Cr.P.C.
The application fails and is hereby dismissed.
