"It is, therefore, most respectfully prayed this Hon'ble Court may graciously be that pleased to allow this application and quash the entire proceeding of complaint case No. 1169 of 2022 (Smt. Rahat Aara Vs. Sheeba Khan & others) as well as impugned order dated 22.12.2023 passed by the Learned Court of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Court No.3, Aligarh, under Sections 323,379 I.P.C., Police Station Delhi Gate, District Aligarh, on the basis compromise, to secure the ends of justice.
It is, further prayed that this Hon'ble Court may graciously be pleased to stay the further proceeding of complaint case No. 1169 of 2022 (Smt. Rahat Aara Vs. Sheeba Khan C others) as well as impugned 22.12.2023 passed by the order dated Learned Court of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Court No.3, Aligrah, under Sections 323,379 1.P.C.. Police Station Delhi Gate, District Aligarh, which is pending in the learned court Addtinal Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aligarh, application otherwise during the pendency before this Hon'ble Court, otherwise the applicants shall suffer irreparable loss and injury.
And/Or pass such other and further order which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper under the facts of the case. "
