- Heard Mr. Mohit Kumar Shukla, the learned counsel for applicant and the learned A.G.A. for State.

- Perused the record.

- At the very outset, the learned counsel for applicant submits that he be permitted to withdraw the present application with liberty to file fresh. As there are inherent mistakes, which cannot be cured either by filing amendment application or supplementary affidavit.

- Prayer made by the learned counsel for applicant is bona-fide. Same is not opposed by the learned A.G.A.

- Accordingly, it is allowed.

- In view of above, this application is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid.
