The present application under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 has been filed to issue a direction to Additional Civil Judge (S.D.-II), Jaunpur to decide the Criminal Case No. 6351 of 2009, under Sections 325, 504, 506, 325 IPC, P.S., Badlapur, District Jaunpur within stipulated period.
After some arguments, learned counsel for the applicant does not want to press the application and wants liberty to file a appropriate application before the court of competent jurisdiction.
Certified copy of the order may be returned to the learned counsel for the applicant after retaining a xerox thereof.
