Put up this case on 12.2.2025, as fresh.
Till the next date of listing, further proceedings of Case No. 3310 of 2014, arising out of Case Crime No. 404 of 2010, under Sections 324, 427, 504, 452 of I.P.C., P.S. Prem Nagar, District Jhansi, pending in the court of A.C.J.M., Ist, Jhansi, shall remain stayed against the applicant.
