The present application under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 has been filed to quash the entire proceeding of Case No. 42 of 2024 (State vs. Ankur Dubey), arsing out of Case Crime No. 242 of 2024, under Sections 323, 504, 506 IPC, P.S. Sarai Inayat, District Ganganagar (Commissionerate Prayagraj) as well as cognizance/summoning order dated 12.01.2024, pending in the court of A.C.J.M-9, Allahabad.
After some arguments, learned counsel for the applicant does not want to press the application.
In view of the above, the application is dismissed as not pressed.
