The present application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the applicant with a prayer to issue a direction to the Special Judge (POCSO Act)/Additional Sessions Judge, Court No. 13, Saharanpur to decide the Special Case No. 1334 of 2021 (State Vs. Vishal) arising out of Case Crime No. 158 of 2021, under Sections 363, 506, 376, I.P.C. and Section 3/4 of Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, Police Station Fatehpur, District Saharanpur within stipulated period.
After some arguments, learned counsel for the applicant does not want to press this application and the same may be dismissed as not pressed.
The instant application is dismissed as not pressed accordingly.
