Sri Shashi Kumar Mishra, learned counsel for the applicant and Sri Ashwani Kumar Rai, learned A.G.A. for the State are present.
The present application under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 has been filed to quash the order dated 07.06.2024 passed by Special Judge (POCSO Act)/Additional Sessions Judge, Mathura in Special Case No. 1381 of 2020 (State vs. Hamveer Singh @ Havuda), arising out of Case Crime No. 278 of 2020, under Sections 376, 306 IPC and 3/4 POCSO Act, P. S. Nauhjheel, District Mathura, whereby application under Section 311 Cr.P.C. has been rejected.
After some arguments, learned counsel for the applicant does not want to press the application.
In view of the above, the application is dismissed as not pressed.
