Learned counsel for both the parties jointly submit that the parties settled their dispute out of the Court with regard to offence punishable under Sections 323, 325, 352, 506, I.P.C. on the basis of compromise dated 13.8.2024. Certified copy of the compromise (which is signed and identified by both the parties) is on record.
Learned counsel for the applicants prays for and is granted two weeks' time to file supplementary affidavit annexing therewith proper compromise, which took place between the parties.
Put up on 1.10.2024 as fresh showing the name of Shri Mohammad Khalid as counsel for the opposite party No. 2.
Till the next date of listing, further proceedings of Case No. 13525 of 2020 (State Vs. Adarsh @ Monu), arising out of Case Crime No. 179 of 2020, under Sections 323, 325, 352, 506 of I.P.C., Police Station- Ganjhdundwara, District Kasganj, pending in the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kasganj, shall remain stayed.
