Supplementary affidavit filed today is taken on record.

Heard Sri Abhay Pratap Singh, learned counsel for the applicant, learned counsel for the opposite party no. 2 and learned A.G.A. for the State.

Learned counsel for both the parties jointly agreed that parties have settled their dispute with regard to the offences under Sections 307, 324, 325 of IPC on the basis of compromise 13.02.2024, which has been filed by way of supplementary affidavit dated 16.07.2024.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant has no criminal history and the evidence has not been recorded till today. They are relatives.

Office is directed to send the original compromise to the court concerned for verification after retaining xerox copy of the same, which has been filed by way of supplementary affidavit dated 16.07.2024.

In view of above, learned Trial Court is directed to verify the compromise dated 13.02.2024.

The parties are directed to appear before the Trial Court within three weeks days from today.

¶12

Applicant will file certified copy of the compromise as well as verification report to this Court by the next date of listing.

Put up this case on 10.12.2024, as fresh.

¶14

Till the next date of listing, further proceedings of Sessions Trial No. 2742 of 2023 (State v. Vikas Kumar), arising out of Case Crime No. 184 of 2022, under Sections 307, 324 and 325 of IPC,

Act Police Station Kotwali Dehat, district Bulandshahr, shall remain stayed, against the the applicant.
