Supplementary affidavit filed today by learned counsel for the applicants is taken on record.
Learned counsel for both the parties jointly submitted that the parties settled their dispute out of the Court with regard to offence punishable under Sections 323, 504, 506, I.P.C. on the basis of compromise dated 8.7.2024. Certified copy of the compromise dated 8.7.2024 has been filed by the applicant by way of supplementary affidavit today.
Both the parties are directed to appear before the court concerned within three weeks from today for verification.
Applicants are directed to file supplementary affidavit annexing therewith certified copy of the aforesaid verified compromise deed as well as proceedings of compromise till the next date of listing.
Put up this case as fresh on 7.11.2024.
