It is further submitted that both the parties are family members and the compromise has been verified.
Put up on 14.11.2024 as a fresh.
Till the next date of listing, further proceeding of Case No. 52611 of 2023 (State vs. Danish Ansar and three others), arising out of Case Crime No. 432 of 2023, under Sections 147, 308 IPC, P. S. Qwarsi, District Aligarh shall remain stayed.
