Learned counsel for the parties jointly submitted that the parties have settled their dispute with regard to offence punishable under Sections 147, 452, 427, 323, 504 by way of compromise deed dated 24.04.2024. A certified copy of the compromise is Annexure-6 to this application.
Let the said compromise deed dated 24.04.2024 be verified by the court concerned for which parties will approach the concerned court within three weeks from today.
Put up this case on 07.11.2024 as a fresh along with a supplementary affidavit annexing thereto a certified copy of the aforesaid verified compromise deed as well as proceeding of the compromise.
Interim order dated 29.07.2024 is extended till the next date of listing.
