Sri Shailendra Ratan Bhushan, learned counsel for the applicant and Sri Alok Kumar Mishra, learned A.G.A. for the State are present.
The present application under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 has been filed to quash the order dated 12.07.2024 passed by Additional Principal Judge, Family Court NO. 4, Aligarh in Case No. 1735 of 2022 (Sarvesh Singh and others vs. Prithviraj Singh), under Section 128 of Cr.P.C., whereby the Additional Principal Judge, Family Court issue recovery proceeding against the applicant for Rs. 12,10,000/-.
After some arguments, learned counsel for the applicant does not want to press the application and wants to the aforesaid maintenance dues in installments.
In view of the above, the application is dismissed as not pressed.
