Present application under Section 482, Cr.P.C. has been filed by the applicant to quash the entire proceedings of criminal case No. 14982 of 2024 (State Vs. Sandeep Mall), arising out of case crime No. 34 of 2024, under Sections 376, 323, I.P.C., Police Station Madhuban, District Mau as well as cognizance/summoning order dated 18.4.2024, pending in the court of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate/Civil Judge (Senior Division), Mau.
After some arguments, learned counsel for the applicant does not want to press this application and wants liberty to file appropriate application/proceedings before the court of competent jurisdiction.
The instant application is dismissed as not pressed with liberty to file appropriate application/proceedings before the court of competent jurisdiction.
