The present application under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 has been filed to quash the entire proceeding of Complaint Case No. 3212 of 2016 (Shakul Nabi vs. Nanhey and others), under Sections 323, 504, 506, 452 IPC, P. S. Tanda, District Rampur as well as cognizance/summoning order dated 06.04.2017, pending in the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Rampur.
After some arguments, learned counsel for the applicant does not want to press the application.
In view of the above, the application is dismissed as not pressed.
