Present application under Section 482, Cr.P.C. has been filed by the applicant to quash the order dated 5.4.2024 passed by Sessions Judge, Gautam Budh Nagar in Anticipatory Bail Application No. 638 of 2024, arising out of case crime No. 59 of 2024, under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 448, I.P.C., Police Station Sector-39 Noida, District Gautam Budh Nagar as well as issue a direction to Sessions Judge, Gautam Budh Nagar to release the Special Power of Attorney dated 12.12.2022, which was executed by Samir Parihar in favour of the applicant.
After some arguments, learned counsel for the applicant does not want to press this application and wants liberty to file appropriate application/proceedings before the court of competent jurisdiction.
The instant application is dismissed as not pressed with liberty to file appropriate application/proceedings before the court of competent jurisdiction.
Office shall return the certified copy of the documents to the learned counsel for the applicant, after retaining a xerox of the same.
