Learned counsel for the applicants as well as learned A.G.A. are present.

This application has been filed with a prayer to allow this application and quash the entire proceedings as well as charge sheet 06.07.2014 alongwith cognizance order dated 23.04.2018 in Case No. 4757 of 2018 (State Vs. Shadab and others), arising out of Case Crime No. 400 of 2014 under Section 323, 504, 506 I.P.C., Police Station Kotwali Dehat, District Bulandshahar pending in the court of Civil Judge (J.D.)/F.T.C. Bulandshahar and also further prayed to stay the further proceeding in the aforesaid case.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicants that in this case parties have entered into compromise and settled their dispute amicably regarding which they have filed an affidavit before this Court, therefore, request to direct the parties to appear before the learned trial court and to file compromise and the court is to verify the compromise between the parties and then decide the case in terms of compromise.

Learned A.G.A. has no objection in this regard.

On considering the facts and circumstances of the case, submissions made by learned counsel for the applicants as well as learned A.G.A., since matter has been settled between the parties amicably, therefore, it is expedient to direct the parties to appear before the learned trial court within a period of 30 days and to file compromise which shall be verified and they may file fresh application with certified copy of verified compromise.

Till then, no coercive action shall be taken against the applicants.

Accordingly, this application is disposed of finally.
