Short counter affidavit filed by learned counsel for the opposite party no.2 today is taken on record.

Heard learned counsel for the applicants as well as learned counsel for the opposite party no.2 alongwith learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record.

The present application u/s 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed with prayer to quash the entire proceedings of Case No.22776 of 2023 (State vs. Naeem and others) as well as charge sheet dated 19.03.2023 as Charge Sheet No.221 of 2022 arising out of Case Crime No.249 of 2022, under Sections 332, 353, 504, 427 I.P.C., Police Station Shikohabad, District Firozabad and cognizance order as well as summoning order dated 07.10.2023 pending the court of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, IInd, Shikohabad, Firozabad on the basis of compromise dated 04.05.2024.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicants that in this case parties have entered into compromise and settled their dispute amicably. Therefore, parties be directed to file the compromise before the learned trial court and the learned trial court is to get it verified and then to decide the present case in terms of compromise.

Learned counsel for the opposite party alongwith learned A.G.A. has no objection in this regard.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, submissions made by learned counsel for the applicants as well as learned A.G.A. and perusal of record, it is expedient to direct the parties to appear before the learned trial court within a period of 30 days and

to file compromise as entered into between the parties that will be verified by the learned trial court and then parties may file fresh application with a certified copy thereof.

In the meantime, no coercive action shall be taken against the applicants.

Accordingly, the present application is disposed of finally.
