The present application under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 has been filed to quash the entire proceedings of Session Trial No. 45 of 2017, (State Vs. Gautam) arising out of Case Crime No. 655 of 2015, under Sections 323, 452, 376 of I.P.C., Police Station-Ichauli, District- Meerut, as well as cognizance/ summoning order dated 16.07.2017 pending in the Court of Additional Sessions Judge/ F.T.C.-Ist, Meerut.
Learned counsel for the applicant does not want to press the present application and the same may be dismissed as not pressed.
In view of the above, the application is dismissed as not pressed.
