Heard Sri Suraj Dwivedi, Advocate holding brief of Sri Amar Nath Vishwakarma, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri R. K. Singh, learned A.G.A. and perused material on record.

The present application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the applicant with a prayer to issue a direction to the Additional Sessions Judge, Court No. 7, Kaushambi to conclude the trial of Session Trial No. 173 of 2022 (State vs. Dharmendra Yadav), arising out of Case Crime No. 249 of 2021, under Sections 376 (1), 452, 506 IPC, P.S. Karari, District Kaushambi within stipulated period.

Considering the fact that the Session Trial is pending since 2022, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this application is finally disposed of with a direction to the court below to decide the aforesaid Session Trial in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible without granting any unnecessary or long adjournments to either of the parties, if there is no other legal impediment.

With the aforesaid directions, the application stands disposed of finally.
