Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A. for the State.

By means of the present application under Section 482 Cr.P.C., the applicant has sought for a suitable direction to the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge, Court No. 2, Allahabad to decide the trial of Sessions Trial No. 1302 of 2013 titled State v. Om Prakash Mishra and others, arising out of Case Crime No. 487 of 2011, under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323/149, 504, 307/149 I.P.C., Section 7 of Criminal Law Amendment Act and Section 3(2) of Prevention of Damage to Public Property Act, P.S. G.R.P. Allahabad, within stipulated time.

It has been argued by the learned counsel for the applicants that proceeding of this case is pending since 2013 but no progress has been made so far. Learned counsel further submits that a direction may be issued to the concerned Court to decide the same within some specific time frame.

The instant application is disposed of with a direction to learned Additional District and Sessions Judge, Court No. 2, Allahabad to decide the trial of Sessions Trial No. 1302 of 2013 titled State v. Om Prakash Mishra and others, arising out of Case Crime No. 487 of 2011, under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323/149, 504, 307/149 I.P.C., Section 7 of Criminal Law Amendment Act and Section 3(2) of Prevention of Damage to Public Property Act, P.S. G.R.P. Allahabad, expeditiously in accordance with the roster of the Court.
