The present application u/s 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed with a prayer to quash the impugned order dated 20.06.2024 passed by Additional Session Judge, Court No. 1, Saharanpur in Session Trial No. 618 of 2024 (State of U.P. vs. Inam), arising out of Case Crime No. 131 of 2023, under Section 302 of I.P.C. and Section 3/25/27 of Arms Act, P.S. Nanauta, District Saharanpur, whereby an application to frame the charge in appropriate application has been rejected.
After some arguments, learned counsel for the applicant does not want to press the present application.
In view of above, the present application u/s 482 Cr.P.C. is dismissed as not pressed with liberty to file appropriate application/proceedings before the court of competent jurisdiction. Certified copies of the relevant documents be returned to learned counsel for the applicant after retaining a photocopy of the same.
