Heard Sri Dipendra Kumar Tripathi, learned counsel for the applicant and and Sri S.P. Maurya, learned State Law Officer for the State and perused material on record.

The present application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the applicant with a prayer to issue a direction to the Special Sessions Judge / POCSO Act, Jaunpur to decide the Sessions Trial No. 65 of 2023 (State Vs. Vikas Rajbhar) arising out of Case Crime No. 103 of 2022, under Sections 363, 366, 376, 506 I.P.C. and 5/6 of POCSO Act, Police Station Gaura Badshahpur, District Jaunpur within stipulated period.

Considering the fact that the Session Trial No. 65 of 2023 has remained pending since 2023, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this application is finally disposed of with a direction to the court below to decide the aforesaid case in accordance with law, as expeditiously, without granting any unnecessary or long adjournments to either of the parties, if there is no other legal impediment.

With the aforesaid directions, the application stands disposed of finally.
