Shri Jyoti Bhushan, learned counsel for the applicant and Shri Karunakar Singh, learned A.G.A. for the State are present.
The present application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the applicant with a prayer to issue a direction to the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Court No. 11, Azamgarh to decide the case No. 3182 of 2023 (State Vs. Sunil) arising out of case crime No. 186 of 2021, under Sections 323, 504, 506, I.P.C., Police Station Phoolpur, District Azamgarh within stipulated period.
After some arguments, learned counsel for the applicant does not want to press this application and wants liberty to file appropriate application/proceedings before the court of competent jurisdiction.
