Pataherwa, District Kushinagar, is pending in the court of Special Judge, SC/ST Act, Kushinagar at Padrauna since 2011 and two witnesses remain for examination since 23.02.2024.
Office is directed to seek comments with regard to status of trial from the trial court immediately.
