Sri Vikash Chandra Tiwari, learned counsel for applicants, at the outset, submits that prayer made in present application is defective, therefore, he prays that this application be dismissed as withdrawn at this stage with liberty to file afresh with better particulars.
Considering the above submission, this application is dismissed as withdrawn with aforesaid liberty.
