Perused the record.
On the matter being taken up, a preliminary objection has been raised by learned A.G.A. pointing out various deficiencies/defects in the prayer clause of this application.
When confronted with above, the learned counsel for applicants fairly submits that he be permitted to correct the prayer clause of this application.
Prayer made by learned counsel for applicant is bonafide. The same is not opposed by learned A.G.A.
Accordingly, it is allowed.
Let necessary correction in the prayer clause of this application be carried out by learned counsel for applicant during course of the day.
Matter shall re-appear as fresh on 9.8.2024.
