- Learned counsel for the applicant submits that however as per information given by his client charge sheet after conclusion of the investigation has been filed in court and summoning order has already been passed against the applicant but he is not having the copy of the order of cognizance and summoning order, therefore, he may be given 10 days time to file the same.

- Learned AAG, for the State, is not having any objection.

- In view of the above, at the joint request of both the parties, list this case on 15.7.2024 in the additional cause list in top 10 cases.
