1. Heard Sri Om Shiv, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Sai Girdhar, learned counsel for the State and perused the record.

1. The present application under Sections 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the applicant Sangam with the following prayers:

"It is therefore, Most respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble Court may graciously be pleased to allow the application and quash the charge sheet No. 251 of 2023 under section 323, 341, 504, 506 I.P.C. including the order dated 13.03.2024 taking the cognizance of the charge sheet dated 23.03.2023 passed by Chief Judicial Magistrate, Auraiya, District Auraiya so for as it relates to the applicant arising out of Case Crime No. 764 of 2022, Police station Auraiya, District Auraiya and or to pass such other and further orders which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper under the facts and circumstances of the case.

It is further prayed that this Hon'ble Court may graciously be pleased to stay the effect and operation of the order dated 13.03.2024 passed by Chief Judicial Magistrate Auraiya, District Auraiya including the further proceeding of Case No. 5953 of 2024 under section 323, 341, 504, 506 I.P.C. Police station Auraiya District Auraiya pending in the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Auraiya during the pendency of the present application. Otherwise the applicant will suffer irreparable loss and injury.
