Heard learned counsel for the petitioners. Notice on behalf of State-respondents has been accepted by the office of Chief Standing Counsel.

The instant petition has been preferred seeking expeditious disposal of the appeal pending before respondent No.1.

From the perusal of the material on record, it appears that two cases were consolidated and decided by a common judgement. However, on record there is a reference of only one case.

At this stage, the Court had inquired from learned counsel for the petitioners as to whether the other appeal has been filed, to which he answered in affirmative and submits that two appeals are pending before respondent No.1. However, only expedition is sought for one appeal.

Considering the aforesaid, this Court is not inclined to entertain the petition as it suffers from the vice of claiming incorrect relief as well as the necessary details of the other appeal have also not been brought on record.

Consequently, the petition is dismissed , leaving it open for the petitioners to file afresh in case, if he so chooses, with proper pleadings, necessary parties and complete order sheet.
