Learned counsel for the petitioner, after arguing at some length, submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the instant petition with liberty to file fresh with appropriate pleadings and bringing on record the order dated 06.11.2023, which is referred in the order dated 13.06.2024 at running page No.33 of the paper book.
Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
