1. Heard Sri Rajesh Kumar Misra, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Yogesh Awasthi, learned Standing Counsel for the State.

The instant application has been filed seeking expeditious disposal of Case No. 01239 of 2020 vide Computerized Case No. C202004000001239 (Shakeel Ahmad & Ors. vs. Sayad Abdul Kadeer & Ors), pending before respondent no.1Additional Commissioner (Judicial), Ayodhya Mandal, Ayodhya, within a stipulated period of time.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that a revision petition has been filed by the opposite party nos. 2 to 6 before the Additional Commissioners (Judicial), Ayodhya Mandal, Ayodhya, wherein the petitioners herein are the opposite parties in the said revision petition. The same is pending since 2020 and in terms of Rule 183 Sub-clause (4), the revision ought to have been decided preferably within a period of six months. In view thereof, he seeks a direction for expeditious disposal of the revision petition.
4. Learned Standing Counsel for the State does not oppose the prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner.
5. Looking at the facts and circumstances and the prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court does not deem it appropriate to issue notice to the private opposite party nos. 2 and 6 and keep the matter pending here, which will further delay the proceedings of the aforesaid case.
6. In view thereof, the instant petition is disposed of without adverting to the merits of the case with a direction to the Additional Commissioners (Judicial), Ayodhya Mandal, Ayodhya, to decide the revision petition being Case No. 01239 of 2020 titled as Shakeel Ahmad & Ors. vs. Sayad Abdul
Kadeer & Ors., as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of six months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order, if there is no legal impediment.
