Supplementary affidavit filed on behalf of the petitioner today in Court, is taken on record.

Heard Sri Adarsh Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri Pankaj Gupta, learned counsel appearing for the respondent no.8 and Sri Yogesh Kumar, learned Standing counsel for the State.

The instant petition has been filed seeking a direction to the opposite party no.2 to decide the Case No. REV/1690/2020/Auraiya, Computerised Case No. R 20200305001690 (Rajendra Singh vs. Ramesh Chandra) under Section 210 of U.P. Revenue Code, pending Since 09.12.2020, expeditiously as early as possible.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the Revision Petition No. REV/1690/2020/Auraiya, Computerised Case No. R 20200305001690 (Rajendra Singh vs. Ramesh Chandra) under Section 210 of U.P. Revenue Code, pending Since 09.12.2020 before the Board of Revenue, Lucknow. Therefore, he seeks expeditious disposal of the said revision petition.

Learned counsel for the opposite party did not oppose the prayer so made by learned counsel for the petitioner.

In view of the nature of prayer as well as the order, which is proposed to be passed, this Court does not find it appropriate to issue notice to the private respondents no.3 to 7 as the matter is pending since 2020, the instant petition is disposed of with a direction to the Board of Revenue, Lucknow to decide the Case No. REV/1690/2020/Auraiya, Computerised Case No. R 20200305001690 (Rajendra Singh vs. Ramesh Chandra) as expeditiously as possible.
